Eligibility
1. This cashback promotion is strictly limited to one registered mobile number.
Cashback Value and Limits
2.The maximum recharge amount shall not exceed SAR 1,000.
3.The maximum cash back amount be capped to SAR 1,000, irrespective of the repeated recharge.
Refund and Conversion Restrictions
4. The cash back amounts are strictly non-refundable and non convertible into cash.
5. Any purchases made by the customer shall first be deducted from the cashback balance.
Validity and Expiry
6. The cashback balance must be utilized on or before 3 Months.
7. This offer can be used in purchase of all the menu
8. Co-branded products, including Stanley items, coffee machines (espresso-machine), and related equipment/accessories, are excluded from the cashback offer.
9. Any unused cashback balance remaining after 3 Months shall be automatically forfeited without further notice and as to the discretion of dr.CAFE company.
Acceptance of Terms
10. By adding money to the wallet and participating in this offer, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and condition.
11. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

يسري العرض على عمليات شحن محفظة د.كيف يوم ١ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦ فقط
ترتبط الاستفادة من العرض برقم الجوال المسجل في حساب العميل لدى د.كيف
يُضاف إلى المحفظة رصيد إضافي يعادل ١٠٠٪ من مبلغ الشحن المؤهل للعرض. ويبلغ الحد الأقصى لإجمالي مبالغ الشحن المؤهلة ١٬٠٠٠ ريال سعودي، والحد الأقصى لإجمالي الرصيد الإضافي ١٬٠٠٠ ريال سعودي لكل رقم جوال مسجل خلال يوم العرض، مهما تعددت عمليات الشحن
لا يجوز استرداد الرصيد الإضافي نقدًا أو تحويله إلى حساب بنكي
تُخصم قيمة المشتريات من الرصيد الإضافي أولًا، ثم يُخصم أي مبلغ متبقٍ من الرصيد الأساسي في المحفظة
يمكن استخدام الرصيد الإضافي لشراء جميع الأصناف المدرجة في قائمة د.كيف.
تُستثنى المنتجات ذات العلامات التجارية المشتركة، بما في ذلك منتجات ستانلي، ومكائن الإسبريسو، والمعدات والملحقات ذات الصلة، من عرض الرصيد الإضافي.
يسري كل رصيد إضافي لمدة ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إضافته إلى المحفظة. وينتهي تلقائيًا أي مبلغ غير مستخدم منه بعد انقضاء هذه المدة، دون إشعار مسبق. ويقتصر هذا الانتهاء على الرصيد الإضافي الممنوح ضمن العرض.
بشحن المحفظة والاستفادة من العرض، يُقرّ العميل بأنه قرأ هذه الشروط والأحكام وفهمها ووافق عليها.
تحتفظ شركة د.كيف بحق تعديل العرض أو تعليقه أو إنهائه، كليًا أو جزئيًا. ولا يؤثر ذلك في صلاحية الرصيد الإضافي الذي استحقه العميل قبل سريان التعديل أو التعليق أو الإنهاء
